I ordered this for my chronic low back pain and am pleased with it so far. What I really like about this unit is that I can walk around and have heat and massage on my back and still do my chores around the house. I can even recline in my chair with it on. It’s also very easy to put on and adjust which is always appreciated.The 3 levels of massage is essentially more of a strong “vibration” but feels great and I wouldn’t be able to handle anything more powerful. Last time I had a massage, it took me 2 weeks to recuperate. 😜The heat feels wonderful and I’m pleased with the temperature range.Lastly, I really like that it lasts a surprisingly long time after a charge. I’m very pleased with the unit and glad I came across it as I will use it often.
