This is a very nice massager for shoulder and neck. It works as if a pair of expert hands is doing the job. The kneading is multi-dimensional to work on the muscles and it is very comfortable. The low speed and standard mode are already nice to me. There is a higher speed and a more sophisticated mode to use for demanding users. To make it better, there is a heating function to apply two levels of heating to the back of the neck. It is soothing with all these actions assailed to my muscles. The whole unit is very well-made nice belt to tighten on the body and covers in synthetic leather. The massage fingers are covered with high quality elastics fabric, and it can be detached to wash as needed. Because it is so powerful, it needs a longtime to charge.

On the good side this has several different massage types and styles, with heat or without, so you can try a bunch of different ones out and see which ones work for you and when you find one that works, it works great. It has straps for you to hang your arms in so you are not positioned weird and you hold it on.My only issue is that the massager has no adjustments you can made to reach a little further out or in. So, depending upon the shape of your neck, etc.. it may or MAY NOT ever work properly. I got lucky and was able to find a setting that was decent, but a lot of them were just too rough for me and too light for my wife b/c we have different size necks and backs and the muscles are in different places.

This exceeded my expectations. It works really well on the neck and shoulders and it is a real deep tissue massage. The strap is what you can use to hold on and tighten so that the kneading tool really digs into you. The massage is about 70% as strong as the one you'd get from a sit down chair deep tissue massage and that is excellent. The control is easy to learn and each button aside from the power button has 2 modes for the most part. I am happy with the basic default option so I don't even need to change the options and I haven't noticed much difference when I tried the heat function. That is the only one where the light color changes if you press it.Compared to many other shoulder massage tools, this one is excellent. It was designed well and I'm glad that the shoulder straps are made of fabric and not plastic making it easy to hold. Give this a try, it will give you a great shoulder massage.

My husband says it feels like real hands on you and is creepy, but I think it's great!The neck/shoulder massager is cordless & rechargeable. It has 2 speeds, 2 heat settings, and 3 modes. Mode 1 is continuous, mode 2 takes little breaks, and mode 3 is like staccato pulses. It automatically shuts off after 10 minutes, but you can just hit the power button to go again.It has a strap that loops around your back so it slips on kind of like a backpack or use the handles to hold it in place where you want it.

Sometimes when your neck and upper back are sore and achy and you just want something (or someone) to deeply knead the muscles to offer relief, well this product is a self-service product. You don't need to pay an expensive massage therapy session. You can use this on your self and the straps are ergonomically placed that you can sit comfortable with your arms on a sling.A single charge can last for more than an hour and this is very compact and portable. The price point is fair and affordable. I recommend this item.
